Exploring Cartagena: Day Two -- the walls of the city.

Standing on something that was constructed so long ago while watching modern trucks and cars drive by often strikes me as more than a little odd.
Someone told us that the cannons were added more recently. For the tourists.
Since there is more than a little humidity, my hair was spectacular.
This is a shot from a foot bridge over an entrance into the city. I told you there would be cars.
